Terms of Service
Luminari is a registered Florida private school and school of record for 49 states. Enrollment formalizes the parent's role as the primary instructor and the student's role within an accredited institution.
Funding Compliance
To protect scholarship eligibility under Florida law, PEP students are restricted to the Curated Tier. Full enrollment in the Luminari World School tier is not permitted for PEP participants as it may invalidate their funding.
Payment Terms
ESA and PEP Users: The total 10-month school year payment is due upfront upon enrollment. Private Pay: Payments are processed via automatic monthly debit.
Educational Duty
Luminari provides the framework, compliance engine, and curriculum curation. The Sovereign Parent is responsible for the final selection of materials and the delivery of instruction.
School of Record
Luminari is a complete educational institution (s. 1002.42, F.S.). Our students graduate with certified transcripts and diplomas recognized by colleges and military branches. We provide the legal backing for your child.
